Hold the Fort!
We made this album when Lighthouse Baptist Church was making a care package for a good friend of ours, Josh McCollum, who is stationed in Korea. We were asked to enclose a CD, so we quickly made this one to be included in the package.
Feel free to listen and download the songs. That's why they are here. All we ask is that you do not use our songs in your projects unless we have the right to affirm that we are walking in the same spiritual direction.

Almost Persuaded | | Acts 24:24-25 is read between the 1st and second verses and Acts 26:26-29 between the second and last verses. |
This Is My Father's World | | This is the favorite song of a young lady in our church. So we recorded this song for her. |
Farther Along | | "Farther along we'll know all about it. Farther along we'll understand why. Cheer up my brother, live in the sunshine. We'll understand it all by and by." |
Nothing Between | | "Nothing between my soul and the Saviour; So that His blessed face may be seen; Nothing preventing the least of His favour; Keep the way clear! Let nothing between!" |
Pass Me Not | | A word about our guitar player. He isn't very good, but it's hard to find someone who will work with us. So, we put up with him. (And he with us.) In all of our early songs, he uses the 12-string guitar. |
Higher Ground | | Then he went to a discount store (the name starts with "W") and bought a $35 six-string guitar. It sounded so soft and peaceful, that we started using that guitar in all of our songs. |
Did You Think to Pray? | | Only the six-string guitar accompanies this songs to give it a quiet mood. |
I Gave My Life for Thee | | "I gave, I gave my My Life for thee, what hast thou given to me?" |
Hold the Fort! | | This is the webmaster's wife's favorite song. How can you not do your wife's favorite song? |
